- Portland District intends to award a single source firm fixed price contract to Warm Springs Geo Visions, PO Box 460, Warm Springs, OR 97761 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Service: Portland District needs a contractor to attend and participate at FY15 Federal Columbia River Power System Cultural Resource Program Wana Pa Koot Koot (WPKK) Cooperating Group meetings on behalf of the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon. Attendance and participation at WPKK Cooperating Group meetings is needed in order to help facilitate the necessary quorum to hold a formal WPKK meeting, conduct review of reports and other products, and assist with annual workplan updates. Furthermore, Portland District needs a contractor to review and develop information for specific sections of the Systemwide Research Design (SWRD) related to the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon. A responsible source must be authorized to speak on behalf of the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon.
