Background: Under the U.S. Coast Guard Communications Command (COMMCOM), the Communications Area Master Station (CAMS) is responsible for all High Frequency Communication broadcast by the U.S. Coast Guard in the Pacific Ocean Area Of Responsibility (AOR). CAMSPAC not only communicates with ships and aircraft they also broadcast regular marine safety bulletins, weather and numerous other safety at sea information to the general public. With the requirement to provide these numerous services, it is becoming more and more challenging to broadcast on numerous frequencies without sufficient antenna resources. Since CAMSPAC does not have sufficient real estate to build additional antennas with proper field separation, they rely on High Frequency Diplexers to meet existing mission requirements. The existing High Frequency Diplexers do not optimally meet current operational transmitting requirements and are obsolete. Replacement High Frequency Diplexers that are engineered to match the existing High Frequency transmitting system components while offering broad frequency selection are required. Requirement: The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN) has a requirement to procure ten (10) High Frequency, High Power Diplexers in accordance with the Attached specifications. Anticipated Contract Type/Vehicle: The anticipated contract vehicle will be a firm fixed-priced contract.
