- Section J Past Performance Questionnaire Section J Attachment 3 Evaluation Compliance Checklist Section J Attachment 2 SOW Repeater Section J Attachment 1 Section B Pricing SAQMMA15R0422 solicitation Within the Department of State (DoS) the Radio Programs Branch (RPB) purchases, installs, maintains, and upgrades the existing Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems to provide operational support and security for the State Department direct-hire Americans serving both abroad and throughout the U.S. The objective of this effort is to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that will allow the RPB and all U.S. embassies and consulates to purchase a standard set of compatible radio repeater configurations, devices, and parts at reduced costs. The Contractor shall provide the equipment that consists of radio repeaters and ancillary components to support the five different designed models used by RPB in providing emergency an evacuation (E&E) radio coverage of a city. The Contractor may propose separate devices or the same device to meet the requirements of the various design models described as configuration kits. Bench Testing The Government will perform equipment bench testing for Offeror's proposed solutions. The Offeror shall deliver test units to the Radio Programs Branch Office for bench testing. The kits and components will be tested against the technical specifications as stated in the SOW and in accordance with the evaluation compliance checklist provided as an attachment to the solicitation. The period of performance will be one (1) year base and four (4) 1-year options. Prospective offers shall submit any questions regarding this solicitation by email to Amy S. Lee, Contract Specialist at leeAS@state.gov not later than 7 calendar days from solicitation issuance. Questions submitted via voice mail or by phone will not be considered.
