- Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, Texas is seeking commercially available security software. Through market research, the B.A.S.I.S. ET Version 692 Lenel/On-Guard suite was identified as a product that could meet the government's minimum requirements. The B.A.S.I.S. ET Version 692 Lenel/On-Guard suite the B.A.S.I.S. ET Version 692 Lenel/On-Guard system communicates to a circuit board network and allows users to integrate, streamline and manage all of its physical security and access control products and resources. As a result, enables organizations to merge the often disparate and disconnected security tools and functions that typically exist within a building, business or facility. In addition, the software provides the following capabilities: Online and offline integration capability, allowing end-users to manage all controls including battery operated mechanical and electronic locking systems, ensuring that each of its software and hardware security resources and components are operating in tandem. Enables it to be linked with other database servers within the enterprise, including human resources, credential management, building process automation and remote administration in order to capture and reflect critical status updates in real time. This ultimately enables the end-user to deploy and execute a security and access control program in a unified and efficient manner that reflects the latest status and event updates The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths)- Small Business Size Standard is $20.5M. To support Small Business set-aside decision, it is particularly important that potential Small Business concerns provide industry comments as follows: (1) If you are a Small Business that performs on contracts under NAICS 561621 and plan on participating in the competition of this acquisition, please provide information relative to past performance and/or experience with security systems services. Information should be sufficient to support your capability to perform this requirement and should include detailed references (contract number, dollar value, scope of services and point of contact with their telephone numbers and whether it was a Government or a Commercial type contract); (2) state your business size and approximate annual gross revenue; (3) list your specific small business category (if applicable) for your company whether (a) HUBZone Small Business; (b) Small Disadvantaged Business; (c) 8(a) Firm; (d) Women-owned Small Business; (e) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business; (f) Veteran-Owned Small Business; and (g) other (explain); (4) provide your company's name, CAGE code, DUNS, address, point of contact, telephone number, and e-mail address; (5) provide suggestions to maximize the effectiveness of the anticipated solicitation and resulting contract in providing quality services to Fort Hood, TX. In addition to the above requested information: interested offeror shall provide detailed information on similar software. Provide suggestions on how the requirement could be structured to facilitate competition by and amongst small business concerns. Describe any conditions, if any that may limit small businesses from participation. Information provided to the Government as a result of this request is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation, and clearly provided at no cost to the Government. Contact with Government personnel, other than the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer, by potential offeror's or their employees' regarding this requirement is strictly prohibited.
