- Statement of Work Request for Proposal Document Pricing Spreadsheet Davis Bacon WD Solicitation The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Washington D.C. seeks a contractor to perform a complete historical restoration of 28 chandeliers and 88 sconces located in the Rayburn, Longworth, and Cannon House Office Buildings. The work will involve cleaning, repair, re-wiring, finishing removing, restoring, and re-installing each fixture in the specified time frame required. The entire solicitation package is provided with this posting. Any questions/Requests for Information (RFI) are due in writing to dfuqua@aoc.gov no later than July 29, 2015. Verbal questions will not be answered. Any questions/RFI received after that date may not receive a response. The cut-off for all proposals submittals will be 5:00 pm ET August 7, 2015. Proposals received after this date will not be considered. This solicitation will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror.
