Description

The Dayton VAMC has a requirement for solid waste removal services at the Dayton VA Medical Center located at 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428 and the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (Springfield CBOC, 512 South Burnett Road, Springfield, Ohio 45505). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, applicable licenses, permits and landfill fees, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse removal. This acquisition will be solicited pursuant to 100% Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. NAICS Code 562111. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fedbizopps.gov). All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. Completion of section B.1 of the Statement of Work and Four Option years must be completed and included with submittals. The solicitation will be made available after July 27, 2015. Offerors will need to click on RFP VA250-15-Q-0303 solicitation in order to download the solicitation documents. Submit all questions to the contract specialist, Adoniss Gibson via email at Adoniss.Gibson@va.gov July 30, 2015. The response date for this solicitation is August 10, 2015 by 3:00pm EST. This action is 100% set aside for a Veteran Owned Small Business. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing.
