- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is F15PS00858 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-83. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 442110 with a small business size standard of $20.50M.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2015-08-06 16:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be Shepherdstown, WV 25443 The DOI Fish & Wildlife Service requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: 01Dining Table: commercial grade, cast aluminum welded construction, 48" diameter table top with hole for umbrella, 28" dining height with 28" pedestal base, powder-coated finish (color to be selected by the Government), minimum 5 year warranty, and total minimum weight of 105 lbs. each. All to be installed at COMMONS BUILDING PATIO., 22, EA; LI 002: 02Arm Chair: commercial grade, stackable, cast aluminum welded construction, minimum dimensions of 26"W x 27.75"D, x 37"H, and 17.5" seat height with 24" arm height. Powder-coated finish (color to be selected by the Government), shall feature a "no-cushion" contoured cast seat providing excellent comfort without a seat pad or back pad, minimum 5 year warranty, and minimum weight of 25 lbs. each. 88 to be installed at COMMONS BUILDING PATIO. 38 to be installed at INSTRUCTION EAST (IE) BUILDING PATIO. 38 to be installed at INSTRUCTIONAL WEST (IW) BUILDING PATIO., 164, EA; LI 003: 03Table Umbrella: commercial grade, aluminum ribs and pole, powder-coated finish (color to be selected by the Government), 7 1/2 ft. diameter fabric canopy (color to be selected by the Government), 8' overall height, minimum 3 year warranty, and minimum weight of 18 lbs. each. All to be installed at COMMONS BUILDING PATIO., 22, EA; LI 004: 04End Table: commercial grade, cast aluminum welded construction 22" square table top, welded aluminum construction frame, 21" table top height,powder-coated finish (color to be selected by the Government), minimum 5 year warranty, and minimum weight of 18 lbs. each. 15 to be installed at INSTRUCTION EAST (IE) BUILDING PATIO. 15 to be installed at INSTRUCTIONAL WEST (IW) BUILDING PATIO., 30, EA; LI 005: 05INSTALLATION: Includes delivery, unpacking, setup, breakdown and recycling of the cardboard boxes on the facility, and removal of packaging debris. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, and materials necessary to complete the work. Delivery and setup must include all pieces for the Commons Building patio as complete dining sets with umbrellas, prior to delivery and setup of pieces for the IE and IW buildings., 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, DOI Fish & Wildlife Service intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. DOI Fish & Wildlife Service is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com.Offerors that are not currently registered to use www.FedBid.com should proceed to www.FedBid.com to complete their free registration. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. I have read and agree to all provisions and clauses contained in attachment A. The contractor shall provide a 72 hour notice to the Government Representative prior to the start of work. The installation of new outdoor furniture shall be turnkey, no partial work will be permitted at each specified building. Work to be performed between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. There is no space available for storage. The Government will not accept and sign for deliveries. All work shall be performed in accordance to OSHA and all other local, state, and Federal Regulations. The contractor shall provide the manufacturer's product data and maintenance for each type of product. Powder-coated finishes shall be of same color for all pieces as selected by Government.
