Description

The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only One Responsible Source for support, hardware delivery, and evaluation of a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) interference cancellation system based on the fact that the system is proprietary to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Pole/Zero Acquisition, Inc., 5558 Union Centre Dr., West Chester, OH 45069-4821, for the aforementioned support, hardware delivery, and evaluation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government does not intend to use Part 12 for this acquisition.
