Description

PROJECT 640-15-150 DESCRIPTION: Provide complete construction services for renovation of the existing child care center exterior deck, playground, interior floor, and walls. Detailed specifications, drawings and other documents will be made available when the solicitation is posted to FBO. This project is located at 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, California 94304. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 120 days from issuance of Notice To Proceed Magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Bids are being requested and shall only be accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21).
