Description
Pre-Solicitation Notice W912DR-15-T-0101: This Solicitation will be advertised as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 (Other computer related services). The small business size standard is $25.5 million. Baltimore District has a requirement for support of CBR and EDW report programming and maintenance. The contractor shall provide recurring and on-going development and enhancements to the local Baltimore District reporting capability based on written specifications/requests for specific work. The contractor shall perform work on a project basis, which can include analysis, design, query/report development efforts on one or more of the following systems: CEFMS, REMIS, EDW, VIMS, APPMS, RMS, and P2. All requested work shall be performed on an hourly basis and the contractor shall provide time estimates to the COR before work begins This requirement must be provided in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement included in the request for quote package that will be available from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm or www.fbo.gov Only those vendors who can provide the requirement EXACTLY as stated in the specifications may provide a proposal. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. You must be registered with the System for Award Management Database (SAM) to receive a government contract award. You may register with the SAM at http://www.sam.gov/. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Cheley.Auguste@usace.army.mil or fax to (410) 962-2001. Quote can be submitted via e-mail or mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, 10 South Howard Street, 7th floor, Room 7000, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about July 27, 2015 to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System (https://www.fbo.gov/index).
