- SECNAV_5512_1_11787 APPROVED AC PASS ID FORM 05282014 SOW N00253-15-T-0366 RFQ N00253-15-T-0366 Synopsis/Solicitation - CNC VTC Lathe - N00253-15-T-0366 Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, for the following commercial supply item: CNC VTC Lathe Machine in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Additional line items include supporting equipment, consumable tooling, and lathe training. Solicitation N00253-15-T-0366 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with a closing date of 2:00pm PST on 17 August 2015. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333517, with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement will be solicited as unrestricted. Offers shall be priced FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Offerors will be evaluated on the basis of lowest price, technically and past performance acceptable to the Government. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. The solicitation will be posted electronically via the FedBizOps website at https://www.fbo.gov. Registration instructions and Vendor Guide book can be found on the FedBizOps homepage https://www.fbo.gov. Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to the RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render the offeror non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
