Description

Contractor shall provide and install all necessary material, labor, equipment, supervision to replace the carpet and tile in room T130 at Building 306. Floor: Carpet floor and vinyl floor has been tested for asbestos and lead. None detected. Remove all carpet, vinyl tiles and base cove in areas and replace with new vinyl tiles, in all related carpeted and tile spaces. Contractor will be responsible for lifting furnishings and furniture to install vinyl tiles. Install 1,300 square feet of vinyl tiles, 18 x 18, 110 linear feet of base cove and (3) each aluminum thresholds. Interior: Replace Vinyl Tiles and base cove in main work areas.
