- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of all qualified Small Business Administration (SBA) businesses to include : certified: 8(a), HUBZone and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, women owned small business firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 541350 Building Inspection Services The U.S. Army Garrison, West Point, NY is seeking sources to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and supervision required to perform to provide annual inspections of fire doors and shutters in various buildings located at the United States Garrison, West Point NY 10996. The contractor shall ensure fire doors and shutters are properly maintained so they close or are closed at the time of fire. The work will be performed at the United States Army Garrison, West Point (USAG-WP), New York. This will be a base plus award with 4 option periods, effective from the date of award. This was previously announced under W911SD-14-T-0387. Interested sources are requested to submit an email showing how they can meet the existing requirement. Sources must sufficiently demonstrate the capability to perform these services and must provide detailed experience and qualifications in all previous work pertinent to this effort. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The small business size standard is 7.5 Million Dollars. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to DAVID.L. ARIOSTO.CIV@MAIL.MIL. The information requested must be received no later than 4 PM Eastern Time on 20 July 2015. A solicitation is expected to be released within 30 days. Please include the sources sought notice number W911SD-15-T-0282 in the subject line of your email response.
