Description

Xceedium JEFO This task order has been issued under the Department of Homeland Security's FirstSource II Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The requirement is for Xceedium licenses and support services to provide an Enterprise Privileged Identity Management System across the DHS Enterprise Information Technology Infrastructure. DHS solicited this requirement among authorized HUBZone Xceedium resellers on the mandatory for use DHS strategically-sourced contract vehicle FirstSource II pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(B)]. This task order was issued under the Exceptions to Fair Opportunity, FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(A), the agency need for the supplies or services is so urgent that providing a fair opportunity would result in unacceptable delays. The task order contains a six (6)month base period of performance and one six (6) month optional period. The Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) is attached.
