DBA Wage Determination W-9 Vendor Self-Certification Form Construction Bid Package All: This is a Subcontracting Opportunity with Management and Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Tongue Point Job Corps Center (TPJCC). Please accept this as your invitation to attend our pre-bid meeting for the project listed above at TPJCC, located at 37573 Old Highway 30., Astoria, OR 97103. The meeting will be conducted on Friday, July 31, 2015 at 2:00pm (PST), with bids due on Monday August 10, 2015 at 12:00pm (PST). Please see the attached Construction Bid Package (CBP) for details. Please pay close attention to page 2 of the Construction Bid Package Instructions to Bidder. Note: A site-inspection will be required by the bidder or their appointed company representative for the bid to be considered valid.
