NSN: 4010-01-617-6073, WIRE ROPE ASSEMBLY, SINGLE LEG. 1/B, SOURCE CONTROLLED ITEM: IAW BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON INC., CAGE 97499, DWG 214-060-327, REV W, DTD 11/19/09, P/N 214-060-327-119 APPROVED SOURCE(S): TRANSDIGM INC, CAGE 81833 TRIUMPH CONTROLLS LLC., CAGE 78710 TRIUMPH CONTROLS LLC, CAGE 3CW15 VENDOR P/N 1606660-019 UNDER AEROCONTROLEX (81833). PLEASE USE THE VENDER P/N WHEN PROCURING FROM AERCONTROLEX. Inspection/Acceptance is at ORIGIN, FOB AT DESTINATION. EXPORT CONTROL CERTIFICATION REQUIRED. REQUIREMENT IS FOR 500 EACH SHIP TO: DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND. Requested delivery is in 125 Days. Ship-to This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. Solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 164 EA for the base and option years. The estimated solicitation open date is 7/29/2015. The Reverse Auction provision will be included in the soliclitation. A small business subcontracting plan will be required from any large business in excess of $650,000 and certified cost data is required when a sole proposal is received in excess of $700,000. In the event that a Reverse Auction takes place, it will occur on the Procurex website, which can be accessed at: http://dla.procurexinc.com. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
