- Solicitation VA741-15-Q-0195 Solicitation VA741-15-Q-0195 Combined Solicitation/Synopsis: Close Date July 17 2015 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA741-15-Q-0195 and is issued as an Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-83. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334611 with a small business size standard in number of Employees 500. This requirement is unrestricted. The solicitation pricing on www.fbo.gov will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2015-07-17 11:59:00.0 Mountain Standard Time or as otherwise displayed at www.fbo.gov. 100 CXM Call Recording SW Licenses, 70 Performance Evaluation and Coaching Licenses, 1 Screen Capture Server, 70 Screen Capture Agent Workstation Licenses, 6 Screen Capture Playback Licenses, 1 Screen Capture Install, and 16 hours of Pro Services Standard Labor (to be included in overall price). This solution is to record calls in the Canandaigua NY Call center supporting W2VA. Contract type: Firm Fixed Price. The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, travel, and any other means of fulling this requirement. This request is for a CXM Call Recording Solution to record calls and screen capture for the new Canandaigua NY Call center supporting W2VA. The primary requirement of this procurement action is to establish annual maintenance support for the servers. In accord with the VA CIO Memorandum dated 3-24-11, the minimum requirements in which VA sensitive information/systems are accessed by VA contractor require the following (1) Prohibition on Unauthorized Disclosure (2) Requirement for Data Breach Notification; (3) Requirement to Pay Liquidated Damages in the Event of a Data Breach; (4) Requirement for Annual Security/Privacy Awareness Training (5) Requirement to sign VA's Rules of Behavior. The service requirement is to provide: (1). 100EA CXM Call Recording SW Licenses; (2) 70EA Performance Evaluation and Coaching Licenses; (3) 1EA Screen Capture Server; (4) 70EA Screen Capture Agent Workstation Licenses Keep your hard drive; (5) 6 Screen Capture Playback Licenses; (6) 1EA Screen Capture Install; (7) 16EA hours of Pro Services Standard Labor Period Of Performance: 1Yr from time of award. Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by e-mail to craig.bagley@va.gov. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award to low price technically acceptable. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the information provided within the RFQ. SMALL BUSINESS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE. It is unacceptable to place bad faith bids. Should offerors require additional clarification, notify the point of contact craig.bagley@va.gov. The Contracting Officer at Department of Veterans Affairs is the only person authorized to approve changes or modify any of the requirements under this contract, and notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this contract, the said authority remains solely with the CO. In the event the Contractor or contract employee effects any such change at the direction of any person other than the CO, the change will be considered to have been without authority, and no adjustment will be made in the contract price under the Changes clause or any other clause to cover any increase in costs incurred as a result thereof. If an interested party have complaints about this procurement, it is preferable that you first attempt to resolve those concerns with the responsible contracting officer. However, you can also officially protest to the contracting officer. Contract award or performance is suspended during the protest. To be timely, protests must be filed within the periods specified in FAR 33.10. If an interested party has complaints or want to file a protest it must be sent to the address below: Quote MUST be good for 30 days after closing. Questions concerning this quote must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the established closing date to reasonably expect a response from the Government.
