- The Joint Task Force Guantanamo Bay (JTF-GTMO), Cuba, has a requirement for the purchase and installation of Splash/Food Pass Boxes. In order to ensure that interested vendors adequately understand the requirement, JTF-GTMO will be hosting a site visit at the United States Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (GTMO), Cuba, from 1- 4 September 2015. Vendors shall make flight, lodging and vehicle rental arrangements to arrive at GTMO, Cuba, on 1 September 2015 and to depart on 4 September 2015. This will allow interested vendors to in-process and to get settled into GTMO prior to the site visit that will take place on 2 September 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Interested vendors will be expected to inspect the site, take the measurements required for the placement of the Splash/Food Pass Boxes and determine installation requirements. A maximum of two (2) attendees will be permitted per vendor. Attendees must be U.S. citizens and have a valid U.S. passport. All interested vendors shall RSVP to SSG Catherine-Tehila Johnson no later than close of business 24 July 2015 by sending an e-mail at catherine.t.johnson@jtfgtmo.southcom.mil with the following information for each attendee: Company Name, cage code or DUNS number Company Address Name, telephone number, and E-mail address of participant This project includes the following requirements: Splash/Food Pass Boxes and associated equipment On-site installation DISCLAIMERS AND IMPORTANT NOTES This information is being made available for planning purposes only.
