- SPM4A8-15-Q-0153 SYNOPSIS FOR PR#15-12-1025: Procurement is for a Horizontal Milling Machine in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 15-12-1025 dated 22 April 2015. The contractor shall provide Horizontal Milling Machine with IUIDs, Technical Data, and Shipping. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 42 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
