- SPM4A8-15-Q-0160 SYNOPSIS FOR PR#15-12-1014: Procurement is for a Vertical Belt Sander in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 15-12-1014 dated February 02, 2015. The contractor shall provide Vertical Belt Sander with IUIDs, Technical Data, and Shipping. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 120 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
