P15PS00983 Amendment 00001.pdf The subject solicitation, P15PS00798, PETE 152860 Rehabilitate Cemetery at Popular Grove Petersburg National Battlefield(Poplar Grove National Cemetery), Petersburg, Virginia, is hereby amended as follows: a. The Solicitation, SF1442 Section 6 references an incorrect project number. The correct Project No. is PETE 152860. b. The Estimated Price Range listed in the Solicitation, SF1442 Section 10 is incorrect and is corrected to reflect an Estimated Price Range per FAR Clause 36.204 between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. c. The date and time for the Site Visit listed in Solicitation, SF1442 Section 10 and page 133 of FAR Clause 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION)(FEB 1995) should be corrected to state: An organized Site Visit will be held Tuesday July 28, 2015, 1:00pm - 4:00pm, Popular Grove Petersburg National Battlefield (Poplar Grove National Cemetery), Petersburg, Virginia. Parties will be met at the front gate. Please plan accordingly for the weather. d. Page numbering is off. The total number of pages, INCLUDING cover, is 138. The last page listed is Page 137of 131. e. The applicable NAICS Code for this project is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. FAR clause 52.204-8 ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS (DEC 2014) is changed accordingly.
