- RAB Officer's Club Floor Plan 2 Request for Quote (RFQ) Statement of Work (SOW) RAB Officer's Club Floor Plan 1 Solicitation Verbiage for FBO Posting This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation IAW Air Force Manual 64-302, Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) Contracting Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. Submit written quotes in reference to request for quote (RFQ) reference number RAMSF50397. Due to the overseas location of this solicitation, no set-aside will be used. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720, Janitorial Services. All formal questions shall be in writing, using the English language and can be submitted to the POC's listed on the RFQ. Questions should reference the solicitation number RAMSF50397 and shall be submitted 7 calendar days prior to the closing date on the RFQ. All questions with their responses will be publicly posted to FebBizOpps.gov. In order to be considered for contract award, all quotes must be received no and later than 12:00 pm Central European Summer Time (CEST), 6 August 2015 in order to be considered timely. This is a non-appropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.‖ A site visit will be conducted Thrusday, 23 July 2014 at 0900 in bldg 302, Ramstein Air Base Officer's Club. If you would like to attend the site visit we ask that you send an e-mail to the POC's below no later than 4:00 pm (CEST) Tuesday, 21 July 2015. We will need the name of the firm and the members that would like to attend (maximum of two people). Please indicate whether or not the members have access to the base.
