Synopsis: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is contemplating a contract for the delivery of argon plasma coagulators to a local VAMC. The purpose of this Request for Information is to obtain information regarding available brands and the ease of use of this equipment. Is the equipment made upon receipt of order, or is the equipment built, stored and ready for shipping at receipt of order? 4.How different are the competitor models when it comes to operation? 5.Is this equipment designed to be "easy to use"? 6.This equipment seems to rely on the purchase of accessories to make a complete, useable product (i.e. wire baskets, ignition testers, footswitches, etc.). Please explain whether this is common. 7.Federal Supply Schedules 65 and 66 are a mandatory source for VA contracting offices. Please confirm availability.
