- Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) to include hull, machinery, electrical, and piping work onboard USS NEW YORK (LPD 21). Solicitation will be available on or about 22 July 2015. Offers are restricted to holders of a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA). Market research was conducted from 19 June 2015 - 29 June 2015 and this solicitation will not be able to set aside for small business. The Small Business Representative provided concurrence on 01 July 2015. The solicitation is full and open and is being extended to offerors in the Jacksonville Fl area.
