INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a firm-fixed price contract. **This procurement is set-aside for 100% Small Business. DESCRIPTION The purpose of this action is to provide Clinical Informatics Systems /Anesthesia Record Keeping (CIS/ARK) Services. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a "Request for Proposal" (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The applicable NAICS code is 541611 with a size standard 15 Million. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 20, 2015 for approximately 21 calendar days. The anticipated contract period will be for 12 months. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at Laurie.Walker@va.gov with courtesy copy to Heidi.Miller4@va.gov telephone calls will not be accepted. Offerors will be required to submit their offers electronically via email to the addresses above.
