- U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State: Ohio City: Columbus Delineated Area: East: US Highway 71 South: US Highways 71/70 West: State Highway 315 North: US Highway 670 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,250 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,321 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces ( Secured): 0 Parking Spaces (Unreserved): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Firm Term: 5 years firm, 10 year total term Option Term: HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 15-COL. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement To participate in this procurement, interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during the "Open Period," which will typically be the 1 st through 7 th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7 th of the month. The next Open Period is August 1, 2015 to August 7, 2015, ending at 11:59 PM EST. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors need to submit their offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. Review the associated Request for Lease Proposals (RLP 15-COL) carefully and only submit an offer if the building you want to offer meets or can be modified to meet the requirements described in RLP 15-COL. The offered space must comply with RLP 15-COL and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of RLP 15-COL package.
