- The Static Display Plane Wash and Paint solicitation will be posted on or about July 24, 2015. Contact Mrs. Bessie White with any questions, or email at bessie.white @us.af.mil. Description of Work: The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment to wash eleven static aircraft per year. Contract performance will include washing, corrosion repair, and painting.
