Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Atlanta Acquisition Office, AAQ-510ATL, College Park, Georgia has a requirement to provide Grounds Maintenance Services at the Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Covington, Kentucky and Camp Ernst Road, Burlington, Kentucky and all work shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The base year period of performance is October 1, 2015, through September 30, 2016, with four (4) one-year option periods. The lowest price, technically acceptable source selection process will be used to meet FAA �s criteria. The FAA intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. First tier 8(a) Socially, Economically, and Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB); Second tier Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); Third tier Small Businesses; and Fourth tier Large Businesses as described in Part IV � Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561730, Grounds Maintenance Services with a size standard of $6.5 million.
