- EA-18G ADTS The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Druck, Inc., Billerica, MA for the manufacture, assembly, production and delivery of the EA-18G Air Data Test Set (ADTS) and associated Spares, provided by attachment to this synopsis, in support of EA-18G Foreign Military Sales. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This firm is considered the only supplier for this requirement, as it is the original equipment manufacturer authorized provider of the EA-18G ADTS, and associated Spares in the required configuration of the peculiar support equipment. Druck, Inc. has the requisite knowledge and specialized engineering capability, resources, subject matter expertise, and sufficient technical data to satisfy the Government's requirements within program funding and schedule constraints. The Government does not own current data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
