- Description
- Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) The objective of the MOAST program is to conduct exploratory, applied and advanced Research and Development (R&D) to evolve and expand emerging open architecture standards, such as the Open Mission Systems (OMS) and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Command and Control Initiative (UCI), for current and next-generation Air Force weapon systems. This research will provide robust, open architecture solutions to enable affordable capability evolution, reduced integration risk, sustained competition across the life-cycle, as well as make these systems resilient to cyber-attack.
