The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding SOLE SOURCE procurement to CTI CONTROLTECH. QTY: 06 - PN: DPB-H1L-A15-05 2 PBM diverter valve, Bronze body, 150# RF flanged end connections, RTFE Seats, Viton O-rings with SS oval hand wheel. QTY: 02 - PN: SPB-H1L-A PBM ball valve, Bronze body, 150# RF flanged end connections, RTFE seats, Viton O-rings, handle operator. QTY: 02 - PN: SPB-J1L-A PBM ball valve, Bronze body, 150# RF flanged end connections, RTFE seats, Viton O-rings, handle operator. QTY: 02 - PN: SPB-K1L-A PBM Valve Bronze body, 150# RF flanged end connections, RTFE seats, Viton O-Rings, handle operator. QTY: 04 - PN: SPE-G1U-A 1 1/2 PBM ball valve, carbon steel body, socket weld end connections, RTFE seats, Viton O-rings, handle operator. NAICS Code #336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 AM PST March 16, 2015 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
