- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Disposal of Repackaged Controlled Substances. The solicitation number is VA257-15-R-1283 and is issued as a request for proposal(RFP) unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-75. The Association North American Industrial Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 561990 with a small business size standard of $11 Million Dollars. This requirement is restricted to small business and only qualified offers my submit bids. The solicitation pricing will start on the date the solicitation is posted and will end 7/8/2015 at 5:00pm central time or otherwise displayed at WWW.FBO.GOV. Service will be rendered according to Section B.3 Price Cost Schedule listed in the Solicitation.
