- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation is for the construction of the Richmond Baptist Health AHU Emergency Room Phase I at Richmond, KY. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses and conditions incorporated herein. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The size standard is $36,500,000. The solicitation will be available on the web only. Telephone and fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be reviewed, navigated or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
