- Description
- Smokey Bear Laundromat: This project includes the conversion of a single car garage, attached to the Smokey Bear Ranger House, into a 6 machine Laundromat. Project includes interior carpentry, drywall and painting, drop ceiling, VC Tile, plumbing and electrical. Utility upgrade includes electric radiant heaters, plumbing, electrical, and interior natural gas distribution. The Government will furnish and install the actual washing machines and driers.
