Reps and Certs HSPD-12 Requirements Financial Information Form Bid Bond Form Wage Determination SBU Form 1442 Scope of Work Agreement Solicitation Background: The General Services Administration (GSA), National Capital Region, proposes repairs of the atrium glass roof, the adjacent curtain wall system, and associated waterproofing system for the Ronald Reagan Building located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC. On March 18, 2015, GSA inspected the glass curtain wall/windows in the tenant office spaces as well as the glass roof of the main atrium and found evidence of water intrusion into the building and identified the requirements for the repair work necessary for the building at the atrium glass roof, the atrium curtainwalls, and the atrium waterproofing system.
