Description

MARCORLOGCOM Albany, GA Contracts Department (S1930) intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity (IQ) type contract for a base year (12 months) and four one year options in accordance with procedures prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and Attachment #1 and #2. North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 333314- Optical Instrument and Lens Manufacturing and the Small Business size standard is 500 employees applies. The Government requires a 90 calendar day, Rebuild Turn-Around Time (RTAT) from date of receipt to return rebuilt item to the Government. FOB DESTINATION pricing is preferred. Ship to information: DoDAAC M98875 TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT OFFICER MCLB BLDG 1221 DR 20 MF M98875 WPNS UNIT BLDG 1340 DR 9 ALBANY GA 31704-5000. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial rebuild prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included to this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. M67004-15-T-0020 IS BEING ISSUED as a Request For Quote. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to this solicitation. The FAR/DFAR Clauses/Provisions that apply are listed in Attachment #1. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial product, provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. The Government reserves the right to make one, multiple, or no awards resulting from this solicitation. Offerors responding to this announcement must provide the information contained in 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-- Commercial Items. The offeror shall also provide its Commercial and Government Entity (Cage) Code, Contractor Establishment Code (DUNS Number) and Tax Identification Number. CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEMS FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE AND WIDE AREA WORKFLOW (WAWF) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. If your business is not currently registered in SAM, visit the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. The United States Marine Corps utilizes WAWF as its ONLY authorized method to electronically process vendor requests for payment. If your business is not currently registered to use WAWF-RA, visit the WAWF-RA website at https://wawf.eb.mil. If a change occurs in this requirement only those offerors that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
