- Description
- The FAA, William J. Hughes Technical Center at the Atlantic City International Airport, NJ intends to acquire janitorial services for the facility and several tenant organizations. The anticipated start date for services is October 01, 2015. The FAA will issue a one year base contract, with four one year option periods. The transition period of performance is estimated to begin on or about September 01, 2015. This requirement will be a firm fixed price contract. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720, with a size standard of $18.0 Million. A mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, July 08, 2015 at 10:00 A. M. Local time with all parties meeting at the Security Operations Center by 9:30 A.M. Security procedures require companies to identify personnel whom will be attending the mandatory site visit. Parties interested in attending the mandatory site visit must notify the Contracting Officer before 5:00P.M. Local time Monday, July 06, 2015 via email at Ken.Hitchens@faa.gov. Screening Information Request, (SIR) No. DTFACT-15-R-00013 will ONLY be distributed to those Offeror s that attend the Mandatory Site Visit with proposal being accepted from site visit attendees.
