Description

The U. S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Acquisitions and Grant Services (OAGS) is seeking to procure “a Bruker Inverse Broadband (BBI) probe with Z-gradient and Automatic Tuning and Matching accessory. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FDA-2015-SOL-1150762 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005 - 82. This requirement is being solicited as a total small business set-aside under full and open competition using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13.5. The associated NAICS Code is: 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 500 employees. See attached RFQ.
