Description

J&A Online Assessment The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Teaching Strategies, LLC, 7101 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814 for the following: off-the-shelf online assessment and portfolio system that directly aligns with adopted preschool standards, Teaching Strategies Objectives for Development and Learning (ODLs), and adopted daily curriculum resources, The Creative Curriculum System for Preschool. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance is for one year from date of award with four 12-month option years. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement by the response date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
