This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82, Effectove 08 June 2015. This a 100% small business set-aside procurement. The relevant NAICS code is 518210 with a small business size standard of $30 Mil. Questions should be addressed to Michael E. Baughman at michael.e.baughman.civ@mail.mil and are due no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Answers will be posted via amendment. Questions will not be accepted by telephone. It is preferred that quotations be sent electronically to michael.e.baughman.civ@mail.mil. Quotations may be sent to USAMRAA, 820 Chandler Street, Fort Detrick 21702-5014, Attention: Michael Baughman. Regardless of how they are submitted, quotations must be received no later than the closing date and time given on the first page of this solicitation. Please include your DUNS Number and CAGE Code with your offer. The resulting contract is expected to be firm-fixed-price.
