Justification & Approval - Redacted Continuation Sheet, Page 1 SOLE SOURCE NOTICE (GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES GROUP, INC. NETDISC SOFTWARE ASSURANCE AND SUPPORT (SAS)) This is a notice of intent to issue a contract to Global Technologies Group, Inc., 3108 Columbia Pike, Suite 301, Arlington, VA 22204-4369 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is to continue the NetDisc Assurance and Support Service at the Joint Visual Information Services Distribution Activity, 11 Hap Arnold Blvd., Tobyhanna, PA 18466. See attached Continuation Sheet and Sole Source Justification and Approval. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
