This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS PROJECT IS RESTRICTED TO THE FIVE (5) PREVIOUSLY SELECTED MATOC CONTRACTS ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. IDIQ MATOC Task Order for Design and Construction of the Laser Threat and Protection Lab Project at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The five (5) Contractors and current contract numbers are as follows: W912QR-15-D-0001 - Howard W. Pence, Inc. W912QR-15-D-0002 - Butt Construction Co, Inc. W912QR-15-D-0003 - Custom Mechanical Systems, Corp W912QR-15-D-0004 - A&D GC, Inc.
