Description

Data about the NSN (annual demand quantity (ADQ), government required delivery days, etc. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five (5) years. The solicitation and scope of this acquisition is for the procurement of national stock number (NSN) 6110015427901. The NSN has two approved sources GHSP, Inc. dba KDS Controls (09HP0) and UUSI, LLC dba Nartron (32498). This solicitation is for a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a three year base and two "one-year" option periods. Prices will be fixed and adjusted annually by a fixed percentage. This IQC solicitation will provide repair and replacement parts for military customers both in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The support of these items will be through DLA Direct requirements. All DLA inventory points will be authorized to use the resulting contract. This acquisition will be issued as a Partial Set-aside, using other than full and open competition with a limited number of sources, citing authority 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Annual Demand Quantity (ADQ): 5,985 each; Requested delivery: 200 days, AMC1, AMSC B, PIC C, and QCC EAA. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; it is restricted to sources specified on Source Control drawings/document. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
