NM13-011 - Itemized Breakdown of Contractors Quote/Pricing. Statement of Work - USDC Replace Carpet - 6th Floor Wage Determination - Service Contract Act- Wage Determination No 2005-2361, Dated 12/22/2014 GS-07-P-15-UF-C-7004 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION CARPET REPLACEMENT REQUEST FOR QUOTE GS-07-P-15-UF-C-7004 The Solicitation Notice to Offerors of Total Small Business Set-Aside The General Services Administration (GSA) is setting aside the contract under the following Clause: 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number GS-07-P-15-UF-C-7004 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13. This requirement is being solicited on FedBizOpps as a 100% Small Business set aside, with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 314110, Carpet and Rugs Mills and the small business Size Standard of 500 Employees. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82, effective 7 May 15. Quotes will be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price that isTechnically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government and must include a price quote, and a written technical approach demonstrating understanding of the Statement of Work (SOW) as described below. This combined synopsis is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the General Services Administration. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation anytime before contract award. The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the government for reimbursement. In order to be considered for award by the Government, vendors must adhere to the quotation requirements and respective evaluation factors set herein w/in FAR Provision 52.212-1's Addendum. The US Disitrict Court, 421 Gold Ave. SW, 6th Floor has a requirement for Carpet Removal and installation in support of the USDC's Agency Mission..
