- Requirement is being solicited pursuant to FAR 13.5, Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Item. SOLICITATION: SPE4A6-15-X-0803; NSN 4235-01-526-4342; PR: SC 1000038478; ITEM: Sorbent, Hazardous Material, Towel; IAW: Winston-Salem Industries. (CAGE 6A851), part number J-WSNST. FOB is at Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. Required delivery is 126 days ADO. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). This NSN is a commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited an unrestricted basis for Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) of 365 boxes. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 91 boxes for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is July 01, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFQ on the issue date cited in the RFQ.
