- Limited Sources Justification for follow-on task order for T&I This is NOT a request for quote. This is a notice of the Government's Intent to Award a Labor-Hour GSA order to PricewaterhouseCoopers Public Sector LLC (PwC) pursuant to FAR 8.405-6, Limited Sources. • FAR 8.405-6 (a) (1) (i) (C), In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order provided that the original order was placed in accordance with the applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures. The original order or BPA must not have been previously issued under sole-source or limited-sources procedures. In September 2012, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) awarded a BPA Call to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for program and project management support for Technology & Innovation's (T&I) Program Management Office (PMO). The original order was not previously issued under sole-source or limited-sources procedures, but competed against four firms on an existing BPA with the CFPB for Management Consulting Services. The CFPB intends to award a follow-on task order under PwC's GSA Schedule Contract GS-10F-0466N. Prior to the conclusion of the period of performance of this follow-on task order, CFPB may compete and award if needed, a BPA Call for program management support for T&I, on one of the BPAs that the CFPB intends to award in the near future. The Government will not consider any quotes submitted as a result of this announcement. This notice was originally posted on May 29, 2015 and is being re-posted to attach the approved and executed "Limited Sources Justification" for public review.
