The Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD Contracting Department is announcing a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) for the following services and material: Line Item 0001: Installation of Variable Speed Drive (VSD) in existing air conditioning units, (2) each, p/n: 193842G59-G62 Line Item 0002: Installation of Variable Speed Drive (VSD) in existing air conditioning units, (2) each, p/n: 193842G59-G62 Line Item 0003: Installation of Variable Speed Drive (VSD) and replacement of motor in existing air conditioning units, (2) each, p/n: 193842G83-G86 Line Item 0004: Installation of Variable Speed Drive (VSD) and replacement of motor in existing air conditioning units, (1) each, p/n: 193842G59-G62 Line Item 0005: Installation of Variable Speed Drive (VSD) and replacement of motor in existing air conditioning units, (5) each, p/n: 193842G71-G74 Drawings and technical data packages are not available for dissemination. Applicable NAICS: 238220, business size 1000 employees; Award is anticipated to be made to �Emerson Network Power, Liebert Services, Inc, 610 Executive Campus Drive, Westerville, OH 43082, Cage Code 1MY11. � The services and material will be assemblies are required to be manufactured in accordance with the latest Original Equipment Manufacturer (Emerson Network Power, Liebert Services, cage 1MY11) drawings. All applicable Certificates of Conformance (COC) in accordance with FAR 52.246-15 are required to be furnished upon each delivery. The Government anticipates a single award, firm fixed price purchase order to be awarded as result of the RFQ that will be issued. Inspection and acceptance will be performed by the Government at Destination. The delivery location will be Training Support Center, San Diego, CA 92136. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. A standard form SF1449, Request for Quotation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The RFQ will be available for review and downloading at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil on or about June 24, 2015. The solicitation period will close on COB 1600 PM, PST, July 6, 2015.
