Description

The subject pre-solicitation notice is to provide a summary of a forthcoming solicitation. The Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center is currently seeking a qualified vendor to perform the annual maintenance, inspection and testing of the twenty four (24) Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) at the Wilkes-Barre VAMC located at 1111 East End Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. The contractor must be knowledgeable and experienced in the maintenance, inspection and testing of ATS switches. The contractor shall perform one annual maintenance, testing and inspection on each ATS switch in accordance with ANSI/NETA 7.22.3. The contractor shall schedule the work one month in advance with the Wilkes-Barre VAMC maintenance and operations supervisor. The contractor shall submit written documentation in accordance with the Summary of Work under Summary of Work of this SOW upon completion of all work. The government plans to post the solicitation for the required services on the Federal Business Opportunities website on approximately 07/01/2015. The posted solicitation will have all the specifications, clauses and provisions related to the planned acquisition.
