OPIER MAINTENANCE Title of Project Canon and Savin Copier Maintenance Scope of Work: Seeking small businesses that can provide all personnel, equipment, labor, tools, parts, material, transportation, supplies and services necessary to maintain in serviceable condition Canon and Savin equipment identified in the equipment list. Company must be certified by Canon U.S.A and Ricoh/Savin to perform maintenance and repair on the following copiers/multi-functional devices within the Washington Metropolitan area: Canon: IR 3245G, IRC 5051G, IR 3045, IRC 4580i, IRC 3480, Savin: MP6002 and Savin MP C5503 Please provide capability statement and evidence of authorization to service the above Canon and Savin copiers.
