- Request for Information, due June 30, 2015 to Tammie Lett-Chalmers. The following is a Request for Information (RFI). This synopsis is for information and planning purposes ONLY and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The contractor shall provide support to DCMA-DSS serving as the DCMA Special Programs (DCMAS) Controlling Authority (CA) and as an Alternate COMSEC Account Manager for HQ DCMA. The contractor shall have an extensive knowledge base of COMSEC procurement, procedures, and regulations to ensure all IDC-E sites are following and adhering to established COMSEC policy. The contractor is responsible for the establishment and operation of the IDC-E crypto network, including validating IDC-E crypto net key requirements and user profiles. The contractor shall support the COMSEC Account Manager with custody and accountability of CMCS-accountable COMSEC material.
